The main objective for the year 2006 is that each offer request shall receive an answer in maximum 24 hours, together with the increase of the services’ quality offered by the Offering and Price Policy Service, as well as the training of this service’s personnel, so that the information may be as comprehensive as possible and to answer more precisely to the requirements and needs of the customers, through:
- telephone or direct offering;
- the elaboration of answers to the offer requests (direct, fax, email);
- the elaboration of offers based on information (technical, price) from the Commercial Departments;
- the elaboration of general offers on paper, disks, email, CD or electronic format for email.;
- the elaboration of technical-economic offers for tenders;
- the elaboration of the qualification documentation necessary for tenders;
- the verification and supervision of the contracts following the tender wins.
